LADDERCIZE!!!

After recently completing a mural I realized that the maneuvers I do on the ladder are quite acrobatic and provide a good core workout. With the  popularity of gym-alternative workouts (Zumba, cross-fit, fitness boot-camps) I thought I would develop my own training program for those that are looking to increase their fitness routine. Introducing....LADDERCISE!
